职位描述：
所属部门：办公楼服务部—业主代表

岗位职责：
1、协助业务进行电话拜访了解客户情况；
2、负责协助部门经理统筹管理日常行政工作，如电话、邮件等各类信息分类及处理；
3、协助安排与协调部门事务，如差旅安排/接待/会议准备等；
4、帮助部门同事完成日常报销等；
5、执行和完成部门的其他事务性工作。

任职要求：
1、大学本科或以上学历，房地产类、经济类、统计类、英文类、行政类相关专业在校大学生；
2、良好的中英文口语及书写能力；
3、主动、积极、热情向上、亲和力强，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
4、对房地产行业有浓厚兴趣，愿意在房地产领域深入发展。
5、能够保证至少3个月的实习期，每周保证四天或以上的工作时间。
