Job Description:
The skills we are looking for include:
1. The language skills listed in the Language Skills column in each tab of the spreadsheet.
2. Portfolio Management and Oversight
a. Experience overseeing a large portfolio of small to mid-sized projects, which are managed day to day by another remote Project Manager
b. Reviewing project metrics, identifying potential problems and compliance issues, and resolving or escalating
c. Reporting weekly on the health of the portfolio and calling out hot spots, issues, and projects needing attention
d. Average portfolio size will be 30 - 50 projects
3. Strong communications skills while working remotely
4. Strong customer management skills while working remotely – from a Microsoft office.
5. Experience handing escalations, from customers and internal teams
a. Ability to handle concurrent escalations (they are not sequential)
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently

PJM Level Description
1. "Drive program/project from project initiation through delivery. Interface with clients, as required, on technical matters and/or project subject matters.
2. Create the functional specification, requirements and/or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented.
3. Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers, as required. Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. May manage/oversee project. Provide status reports.
4. Management skills, including ability to work within a budget and direct programs/projects. Specialized knowledge as defined by project.
5. Software programming experience in the languages or technology specific to the program/project may be needed. Ability to think strategically.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to troubleshoot and solve difficult problems.Ability to drive consensus. Ability to present persuasively and effectively across communication settings.
7. Sound business-related skills including judgment and decision making skills.
8. Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience/training.
Must to have: PMP Certification
