Job responsibilities:
?Process design for powder handling system.
?Perform pneumatic conveying design and calculation.
?Perform design and sizing of storage equipment, for example silo, hopper and tank.
?Perform design and sizing of process air net, for example blower, vacuum pump and
compressor.
?Perform design and sizing of vales, for example rotary valve, shut off valve and safety
valve.
?Perform design and selection of ATEX equipment.
?Detail engineering for project specific powder handle equipment, for example powder
unloading station, vacuum loading system, IBC system……
?Review and approve project specific P&ID.
?Review and approve general arrangement drawing.
?Review and approve in house design and build equipment.
Requirements:
?Degree in Engineering or Science or related process technology field is strongly preferred.
?Experiences and process knowledge in the food industries are desirable.
?Minimum 5 years in similar industry.
?Project and installation experience.
?Good oral, written and presentation skills in the English/Chinese language.
?Good computer skills with a sound knowledge of the following software packages, AutoCAD,
Inventor, Plant 3D and Vault for drawing. Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Access, Word,
PowerPoint).
?Independent, highly motivated and open-minded.
?A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
?Resourceful in process and engineering design.
?Interest in new process and technology.
?Able to communicate/deal professionally with both internal and external clients.
?Be able to have traveling for related project support in region.
