KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Receive and welcome office visitors and provide appropriate direction.

Receive, direct and relay telephone messages, fax messages.

Arrange and follow office worker's daily job.

Arrange daily administrative work like cleaning, greenery, etc.

Be responsible for administrative vendor and contract management.

Provide ordering and distribution service of office supplies and maintain adequate inventory of office supplies.

Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.
开发和维护文件存档。
Book flights and hotels at the demand of employees needed.

Maintain the printers, tax machines and other office equipments.

Provide other secretarial support to the executives of the Company.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / WORK EXPERIENCE
Knowledge
Diploma holder or above in administration/related
