For our Building Technologies Division in BEIJING,we are looking for a (BSCE) Sr. Mechanical Engineer

高级机械设计工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

- Perform feasibility study and high level design on mechatronics devices in systematic way with available technologies.

使用可利用的技术，以系统的方法，对机电一体装置进行可行性研究和高层次设计

- Lead design team to proceed detailed design of mechatronics devices with right identification of technical key points and proper definition of work packages. Complete design job in line with the plan.

正确识别技术关键点和适当定义工作包，针对机电一体装置，领导设计团队进行详细设计，按计划完成设计工作。

- Ensure the design quality with convincing verification and compliance with necessary regulations & standards.

以具有说服力的验证和遵守必要的标准规则，确保设计质量。

- Solve complicated technical problems of specified products in reasonable time with right analysis on root cause and proposals of feasible solution.

在合理的时间内解决特定产品的复杂技术问题，针对根本原因做出正确分析，并且建议可行的方案。

- Contribute to enhance the team competence of mechatronics devices development via sharing knowledges (mechatronics devices, methodology , process and so on) and coaching lower level engineer.

与团队共享与机电一体装置、方法和流程等相关的知识，培养低层及的工程师，为提升团队对机电一体装置的研发能力做出贡献。

- Technical support to conformity check, test, sourcing, operation, qualification and application of mechatronics devices when required.

需要时在符合性审查、测试、采购、生产、认证和机电一体装置应用等方面提供技术支持。

- Might be appointed to be technical responsible engineer of specified product family, involved into field support as R&D expert, providing high quality and timely technical analysis and proposals.

可能被任命为特定产品线的技术负责人，作为研发专家参与现场技术支持，提供及时和高质量的技术分析和建议。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- 5~8 year work experience on the development of mechatronics devices like valve for buildings

5-8年机电一体装置研发经验，如：楼宇用阀门装置

- Mechanical design or mechanical engineering with bachelor degree or above

机械设计或机械工程本科以上学历

- Development of mechatronics like valve for HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) industry

机电一体装置研发，例如：暖通空调行业阀门装置

- Key features and principles of typical transmissions or structural parts

典型传动装置或者结构件的主要特征和原理

- General process of mechatronics device development

机电一体装置研发的一般过程

- Basic knowledge of mechanical simulation tools

机械仿真工具的基础知识

- DFMEA (Design Failure Modle and Effects Analysis)

设计失效模型和影响分析

- NX/TC application skills

NX/TC使用技能

- Fluent in English
