职位描述：
The purpose of the role is to be in charge of the GSC Accounting for CSCL in terms of monthly actual closing by close work with GBS and respective GSC functions, providing management with adequate assurance in financial accounting and control for GSC.

The principal performance measures are:
? Support CSCL monthly closing, providing sound analysis for accounting control purpose
? Support CSCL in issuing monthly TP, assessing on timeliness and accuracy basis
? Monthly detail cost variance analysis by business stream to facilitate business management decision in terms of pricing and product mix
? Support in monthly BSI and quarterly DD review as per Group policy.
? Support the tax accounting job in daily operation.

1) Provide daily financial and accounting support to Shenzhen plant, work as a go-to person for accounting inquiries and issues;
2) Coordinate, support and work with business accounting manager, Auto senior performance analyst and GSC analyst for daily financial and performance in SZ plant
3) Responsible for monthly TP preparation and month end closing.
a) Responsible for the correct application of PCTP policies including: TP data collection, assumption file verification and TP review
b) Work with production team to be responsible for MFG toolkit preparation;
c) SLOB and write off review for CSCL
d) Yearly PCTP self assessment
e) Plant and logistic cost report review and analysis
f) COGs variance report review and analysis;
g) Work with performance team for smooth process of accounting and reporting;
4) Responsible for annual inspect, audit, foreign exchange audit, and E&Y regular audit.
5) Responsible for daily supervision of tax reconciliation, tax reporting and audit.
6) Responsible for fixed asst management, inspection, and disposal.
7) Responsible for annual inventory stocktaking, review monthly cycle count adjustment.
8) Review monthly statutory report for tax bureau;
9) Responsible for cash follow improvement for CSCL
10) Support Manufacturing finance manager treasury and working capital project etc.
11) Continue to focus on overall BSI improvement, ensure all items are within 3 months ages, items over 3 months must be recorded with supporting documents, major accounts including the following:
a) 3530.LC Landed cost accrual;
b) Work with KLAC team to review PPV monthly analysis;
c) 3530 capex provision;
d) 3310 trade accrual long aging items and items;
e) 3620.500 other foreign creditor;

12) Inter-company disputes list and ICD;
13) Provide necessary PCTP, costing and accounting training to business team, provide costing information as required;
14) Complete other urgent assignments if any;
