职位描述

Main Responsibility:
Manage and develop the relationship with the Customer on an ongoing basis.
Primary contact, responsible for client communications.
Act as primary point of contact for customer issues, liasing with internal groups to reach efficient resolution through appropriate escalation.
Work with the various functions across the site to ensure the understanding of and compliance with Customer's requirements.
Work with customer to set clear and reasonable expectations, as defined in a Customer Service Level Agreement (SLA). Communicate with ODM to ensure clear understanding of the company's operating procedures, capabilities and limitations.
Communicate regularly with Customer on any pertinent changes to operating procedures, either within the company or within Customer's operation.
Complete daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as defined in the Service Level Agreement.
Chair regular meetings to review the internal and external customer metrics for the site, ensuring first class rating with the customer.
Promote continuous improvements in the business processes both from an efficiency and quality perspective. Challenge current working practices.
Report to the company's Management on Customer Account status
Identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a business related degree.
3-5 Years experience in a business or account management-related role. Customer facing experience also required. Project planning.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Working knowledge of English.
Strong process aptitude with a flair for continuous improvement.
Be highly customer focussed.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross functional team to deliver desired results.
Be self motivated and work on own initiative.
Well organized and excellent attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Microsoft package skills must include proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Experience in the use of Lean Sigma tool and techniques:- Such as FMEA and Process mapping.
