With the rapid growth of our business in China, the Ridder Group – worlds’ leading company in greenhouse automation – is now recruiting 2 new (senior) service engineers to offer more high-quality commissioning, training and after-sales services, and to create an even better customer user experience of our smart technologies:

(Senior) SERVICE ENGINEER
1. Core tasks and responsibilities
a. Technical sales support
b. Commissioning and training for climate computers, software, networks, water equipment and other products
c. Presales & project design (senior)
d. Supervision onsite of installation (senior)
e. Preventive maintenance and solve malfunctions
f. Provide Helpdesk services on distance
g. Ensure an accurate administration, observe safety, cleanliness, and regulations

2. Job Requirements
a. University Major in Electrical Engineering / electronics, mechanical automation, or Vocational education supplemented with various technical courses in the field of automation, networking or measurement- and control technology and in possession of required certificates.
b. Spoken and written English language skills are essential
c. At least 2 years of practical experience and knowledge in the field of electro-technical plants, water equipment, process automation or measurement- and control technology, and automated stock records.
d. Technological understanding with regard to the implementation and operation of the Ridder product range in the field of climate, energy, water, food and work registration.
e. Customer-friendly, accurate with a strong sense of service
f. Willing to travel frequently
g. Team player with a high degree of independence
