工作职责:
1、协助董事长起草各类业务报告、工作计划、备忘录等,准确做好各项信息的上传下达;
2、跟进董事长正在进行的项目和重要工作,做好跟催和保障工作;
3、协助董事长做好日常来访接待、来函等情况处理,受董事长委托,完成对外协调及接待工作;
4、通知、组织并安排由董事长主持的各类商务会议和约谈等,负责各种会议记要、备忘录及其它文件的整理、打印、分发、归档、保管等工作;
5、负责其它部门或者外界报送董事长的各种会议记要、备忘录及其它文件和信函的呈送、处理、归档等工作;
6、在一些需要英文联系的工作中,协助董事长做好资料、邮件等方面的支持。
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历,至少两年以上相关工作经验;
2、思维好,个性温和开朗;
3、受过现代企业资源管理方面的培训,精通办公软件和日常办公设备的应用;
4、专业的职业化形象,良好的英语能力;
5、良好的人际沟通能力,自我激励和在压力下工作的承受力;
6、具团队合作精神,工作细致认真、责任心强。Position description:
Job responsibilities:
1, to assist the drafting of various types of business reports, work plans, memoranda, accurate and do a good job in the information upload make known to lower levels;
2, follow the ongoing projects and important work, do a good job with urge and support work;
3, to assist the daily reception, letters and other processing, commissioned by the chairman, to complete the external coordination and reception work;
4, inform, organize and arrange presided over by the chairman of the various types of business meetings and interviews, is responsible for a variety of conference summary, memos and other documents finishing, printing, distribution, storage, filing work;
5, charge or other departments outside the president credited to various meetings, memos and other documents and letters of transmission, processing, archiving;
6, in need of some English contact work, shall assist the chairman to do good data, mail and other support.
Job requirements:
1, bachelor degree or above, at least 2 years of relevant working experience;
2, thinking is good, gentle personality and cheerful;
3,In a modern enterprise resource management training, proficiency in office software and office equipment application;
4, professional occupation image, good command of english;
5, good interpersonal communication skills, self-motivated and work under pressure to bear force;
6, team work spirit, careful and meticulous work, a strong sense of responsibility.福利:做五休二,缴纳四金,节假日等各类补贴,年底14薪
