高级化学师-汽车涂料研发/Sr. Chemical-R&D
Responsibilities:
1. Develop new coating technologies according to the company technology roadmaps.
2. Complete projects according to customer needs and timetables.
3. Ensure that customer, Sales, and Application Engineering have all technical information needed to properly cure and use new formulations.
4. Stay current with patent and chemical literature.
5. Supervise projects and experiments that may be assigned to entry-level chemists or R&D technicians.
6. Interface with Manufacturing, QC and AE as required to solve customer problems.
7. Maintain laboratory notebooks.
Education/Experience/Skills:
1. Chemical or polymer or relevant chemistry Bachelor degree
2. At least 5 years automotive coatings industry experience
3. At least 3 years work experience in coating R&D job including resin & additive evaluation for cost saving and performance improvement
4. Good English reading and writing ability
5. Good learning attitude, team work spirit and stability
