职位描述：
工作职责
1、负责公文的发送、传递、催办以及公司发文和对内发行文的审核；
2、协助总裁做好行政管理工作，及时承办各部门递交总经理批阅的请示、报告等，并按批示的意见及时处理；
3、协助总经理做好日常接待、来信、来访等有关事宜；
4、负责为总经理管理好日常用的各种文件和资料；
5、完成总经理交办的其它工作。
任职资格
岗位要求：
1.全日制本科及以上学历,英文流利能作为工作语言。
2.3年以上行政文秘经验
3.熟练使用MS-Office及各项办公软件，熟练使用办公设备。
4.细心，学习能力强，具备很强的责任感和服务意识，良好的职业道德和操守，严格保守公司机密 举报 分享
