职位描述：
Tasks:
- To advise our national and international industrial clients, consisting of both corporations and SMEs, along the whole value creation chain
- To lead interesting projects in the areas of logistics management/evaluation, ramp-up management, and lean production, as well as in the planning and organizing of production and logistics systems
- To analyze our clients’ business processes (especially internal & external logistics processes), identify potential for improvement from a cost-benefit point of view, and shape the future process organization
- To develop related concepts of material flow/line feeding, warehouse management, picking system including storage and transportation depending on the current process and potentials
- To develop implementation plan and work on their execution in the client’s organization according to the detail concept planning
- To work closely with our clients, independently setting your own course of action

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, information management, business administration, or similar degree
- Professional experience in relevant projects in automotive industry
- Funded Knowledge of logistics planning and lean management
- Knowledge of logistics methods like network planning, material planning, picking system, supermarket design, shopping cart, warehouse management, MTM LOG and related IT system (ERP/MRP, WMS etc.)
- Practical knowledge of MMOG/LE tool, qualifications is a plus; Six Sigma experience/qualifications is a plus
- Ability to work confidently with different levels of the hierarchy (shop floor and management)
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of German is preferable
- Excellent result-oriented problem solving skills
- Good team spirit, self-motivation, and cross-cultural capabilities
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and to work at client sites 举报 分享
