Polycom is an industry leader on unified communications and has world-class R&D center in Beijing. The Beijing center plays a critical role inside Polycom and has full ownership of key products. Right now, we have a team to develop group-breaking products all popular mobile and PC platforms, such as iOS/Android/Windows/Mac OX. The solution will enable unified communications on all mobile devices. Our application will provide enterprise users and consumers life-like visual communications on smart phones and tables and bring new meaning to communications.

We are seeking exceptional engineers to join our development team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about building high quality, high performance, efficient and elegant client software. The right candidate is a highly motivated individual who is able to work in self-motivated teams that can take a product from conception through delivery. If you are looking to be challenged constantly and if you are willing to learn and master new technologies, then we want to meet you. As an early hire, you will be a corner stone of this team and have the opportunity to work on requirements, architecture, and designs.

Responsibilities
? Fully understand the requirements from customers and product managers
? Actively participate in product design and discussions
? Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project
? Create innovative solutions for complex system software

Requirements
1. 3+ years working experience
2. Strong education background (1st level University or College) is a plus
3. Strong working experience (good domestic or international company in telecommunication or IT industry)
4. Quick learning ability and good team work spirit is a must
5. Proficient in C/C++ or Object-C programming skill is a plus
6. Mac/iOS experience is a plus
7. Video conferencing development experience is a plus
