职位描述：
The Role holder is responsible for Sales to potential customers according to Enics Sales/EBIT/Cash-Flow targets.
The aim is to execute sales plan according to company strategy and individual targets and to lead and proactively
manage the customer relationship in order to achieve best customer satisfaction.

岗位职责：

1. Identifying potential customers together with Business Intelligence
2. Annual sales planning aligned with Business Unit’s targets and resources
3. Plan and execute multi level/multi geographical coordinated customer approach
4. Develop and execute strategic plans and win plans
5. Creating most optimized CRM teams and perform team selling
6. Perform Analysis and create Value Propositions based on Enics Service Offerings
7. Negotiate Agreements
8. Monthly reporting

任职要求：

1. A minimum of a Bachelors degree in business or technical field, or equivalent industry experience is required.
2. 5+ years of related EMS sales experience preferred
3. Fluent English required (both written and spoken language)
4. Ability to approach and build strong relationships with all levels of the customer’s organizations
5. Strong network of OEM's contacts in Industrial and Medical segments is an advantage
6. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Windows, and CRM systems
