Main responsibilities
Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations and talent development.
First line support for all on site HR queries.
Coaching and supporting line managers, working with line management to address any employee concerns/challenges.
Ad hoc HR Projects as required
Work closely with GCG Sr.HRM across Red Hat PnT business to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice.
Involvement in the employee life cycle processes including leaver administration and exit interviews.

Skills and Requirements
5-8 years HR generalist experience, ER experiences is a plus
Accuracy and attention to detail
Time management and multi-tasking skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
Competencies and behaviours
Can-do attitude and practiviely acts without the need for prompting to achevieve goal
Focus on customer, and enthusiastic about exceeding customer expectations
