Position overview职位简介:
Dubbed as “indoor air air quality doctors”, Indoor E***ironmental Quality (IEQ) consultants help clients diagnose and solve indoor e***ironmental quality issues. Consultants work with people to identify IEQ concerns, deliver a suitable testing plan to systematically prove/disprove a hypothesis, conduct on-site i***estigations with specialized equipment and industry-standard analytical techniques, and recommend appropriate solutions.Indoor e***ironmental consultant needed to conduct projects. Consultant identifies clients’ needs, delivers a suitable testing plan to determine any problems, supervises the testing, and then recommends appropriate solutions. All consultants should be able to conduct typical audits, but some are also specialists in mold, radon, building engineering, etc.

Responsibilities工作职责: 
Independently lead indoor e***ironmental projects, including:独立的引领开展室内环境相关项目，包括规划:
o Home and office indoor e***ironmental “health checks”家庭与办公室室内环境的“体检”
o PM2.5 infiltration and building tightness audits PM2.5过滤和楼宇密闭性审查
o Perform LEED and WELL air and water quality verification consultation and testingLEED和WELL标准下水和空气质量验证性咨询和检测
o Industrial emission inspections (fugitive and stack emissions) 工业排放调查（飞逸性气体和烟气排放）
o Mold i***estigationsi***estigations 霉菌调查

Interact with clients during visits – explain process, determine any additional needs, and collect payments as necessary. Consultants will be supported by account managersSales, who will have previously gathered information about client situation.

Supervise lab sampling technicians during client visits and conduct specialized sampling as needed

Generate reports with analysis based on objective and empirical dataEdit reports with analysis of test results and debrief clients (report drafts are created by Operations team)

Debrief clients and present findings in a concise manner through emails, conference calls, and/or face-to-face meetings

Recommend solutions (either remediation services or products) to clients

Calibrate, deploy ,and maintain, and research equipment and , and research equipment and technology

Additional duties may include sales, thought leadership (speaking to groups or writing articles), and industry-related research

Calibrate, deploy ,and maintain equipment and technology

Requirements要求: 
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as industrial hygienist (health and safety), e***ironmental auditor, or e***ironmental consultant; or 3 years of consulting or client-facing project management experience, if non-e***ironmental related

Possess CIH, CIE, WELL/LEED AP or other industrial hygiene or e***ironmental auditor certifications

Educational background in science (microbiology, industrial hygiene, chemistry) or e***ironmental studies preferred; knowledge of standards and protocols

Willing and able to conduct on-site inspections of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and roofing systems in ceiling cavities, crawl spaces, and rooftops

Willing and able to lift and carry up to 7-10 kilograms of testing and remediation equipment on a constant basis
