职位描述：
Key Accountabilities:
1. Crop Strategy
? Inform strategy development and decision-making through actionable data analytics, integration and insights.
? Provide a thorough understanding of the market landscape including market size, competitive landscape, share, trends and growth projections across China.
? Work closely with AA Market Research Lead to compile, triangulate and interpret sources of market data.
2. Business Planning
? Contributes to the development of Long Range Plans (LRP) and annual business plans (Budget & Tactical) across different segments of China.
? Drive the analysis required to support marketing program development and measurement of market funding program effectiveness.
? Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to marketing lead, peer teams and leadership team
Qualification and Work Experience:
1. Master Degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, Commerce or related fields and 5+ years of marketing experience such as:
? experience in marketing statistical market/operations research, integrated marketing, product management, corporate strategy or similar role.
? experience in querying, summarizing and reporting customer and product line data from CRM, accounting and/or financial systems.
? experience in querying, summarizing and reporting market data from external systems.
2. Excellent project management skills managing multiple priorities from functional teams and senior management
3. Experience in operating within remote and cross-cultural commercial teams
4. Understand impact of sales, marketing programs, pricing and market funding on financial metrics
5. Managing and influencing effectively in a matrix organization
