Position: HR Specialist/Supervisor
Location: SH
Report to: HR Manager

Job Summary:
Assisting department head to set up and improve various rules and procedures related to HR; responsible for each project management and recruitment; conducting the communication and coordination between departments to ensure everything goes well; completing target objectives and fulfilling all responsibilities from Job Description.
协助部门负责人建立并完善人力资源各项规章制度、流程;负责与人力资源相关的项目管理及招聘工作;进行跨部门的沟通与协调,确保人力资源工作顺畅流转;完成绩效考核目标及岗位职责中的全部工作。

Job Description:
1. Assisting department head to set up and improve various rules and procedures related to HR to get more normative on HR functions.
协助部门负责人建立并完善各项HR制度及流程,规范HR各工作模块
2. Coordinating and supporting the projects HR related, including but not limited to: setting goals, working out plans, fulfilling scheme, coordinating process, following up and overall management etc;
协作并支持HR各项项目工作,包括但不限于:设定目标,制定计划,实行方案,协调进程,跟踪进度及统筹管理等
3. Recruit qualified employees by conducting various stages of selections;
通过各阶段面试筛选招聘到合适的员工
4. Screen the applications, score tests, conduct interviews and recommend suitable short-list candidates to the line managers in compliance with corporate policies & procedures:
根据公司政策及流程规定,筛选简历、组织面试及各项能力考核,并向用人部门推荐合适候选人
5. Establish and maintain contacts with sources of employment such as talent market and related internet recruiting companies;
建立并维护人才资源储备,包括人才市场及相关的招聘网络及猎头公司
6. Provide guidance to senior staffs to maximize and improve employee satisfaction and engagement to increase organizational effectiveness;
向资深员工提供多方面支持与指导,扩大并增强员工满意度和敬业度,提升企业运作效能
7. Other tasks assigned by department head.
      部门负责人布置的其他工作内容

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, graduating in human resource、psychology or management related;
本科以上学历,人力资源、心理学或管理类相关专业毕业;
2. At least 2 years working experience in large enterprises and focus on HR projects or training management, familiar with other HR modules, HRBP experience is preferred.
二年以上企业人力资源项目管理或招聘岗位工作经验,对人力资源其它模块有一定了解,有HRBP工作经验者优先考虑;
3. Understanding HR operation procedures, familiar with labor laws and other related policies;
了解人力资源各项操作流程,熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策;
4. Excellent communication skills, good capability on organization and planning, interpersonal ability, good at observation and analysis, able to work under the pressure;
优秀的沟通协调能力,良好的组织策划能力,有亲和力,善于观察分析,能在压力下开展工作;
5. Fluent English skills in both verbal and written.
流利的英语口语和书面能力。
