职位描述
岗位职责：
1.在福伊特服务现场代表公司进行现场管理；
2.与客户保持有效沟通，确保客户满意度；
3.根据客户需求提供月度/季度/年度报告；

6.确保零/低投入或投资改造的节能成果；
7.确保现场管理符合当地政策、福伊特及客户的标准；
8.其他上级安排的工作。
任职资格：
1. 具备大专以上的文化水平，电子、机电一体化或相关专业；
2. 有良好的计算机及文字表达能力，有一定英语基础，具备较强的听说能力；
3. 具备五年以上的汽车行业生产辅助设备设施管理经验、熟悉空压机、冷冻机、空调系统、给排水设备、工业照明、消防及工艺循环水处理等设施工作原理及故障诊断与排除；
4. 能协调人员关系，合理调配人力，具有一定的组织管理及成本控制能力；
5. 有欧美企业工作经验者为佳。

Responsibilities:
1.On behalf of Voith Industrial Services China as Single point of management control at sites;
2.Ensure client satisfaction by providing seamless interface into client's representative;
3.Engage in the compilation and delivery the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to client;
4.Manage end user expectations and requirement;
5.Energy saving and search for opportunities for energy saving;
6.Ensure the energy saving achieved by No/Low cost initiatives or with investment renovation;
7.Ensure compliance with governmental, Voith and all clients' polices and procedures;
8.Other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirments:
1.Associated degree or above, majoring in mechanical/electrical is preferred;
2.PC & CAD & PLC skill,and proficient English communication skill;
3.Over 5 years working experience in facility management of automotive industry，be familiar with the working theory and trouble-shooting of the auxiliary productive equipments such as air compressor,water supply-drainage uipment,air-conditioning equipment, lighting and firefighting equipment.
