MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)
？ Supervise the day-to-day financial services. Prepare the financial reports and manage the monthly closing process, preparation of two companies’ monthly reports and financial statements.
？ Manage annual accounts & annual plan process, deliver the accurate information and coordinate the business needs.
？ Support the finance operations by maintaining internal controls. Review administrative expense payment, disburse the petty cash and travel expense reimbursements.
？ Effective fund management meet daily financial needs & maximize fund profitability.
？ Overall maintain & secure the proper running for HBS.
？ Tax filing and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)
？ Demonstrated strong Finance, Accounting & SAP knowledge in the area of high volume product consumption environment with 5-10 years of experience in the relevant areas.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)
？ Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
？ Written and spoken English capability.
？ Strong communication skills with solid knowledge of local cultures and language
？ Self-motivated, driven, strong commitment and result oriented.
？ General understanding of Chinese tax law and related government regulations
