职位描述：
1. Focus on the transformer(Power,Lan) package design and maitance
2. Lead the transportation and drop test for package qulification
3. To help identify new finish goods package that significantly reduce cost and add to a product’s reliability and/or streamlines its manufacture.
4. To provide on-going support and expertise regarding existing package, including acting as liaison between WE and suppliers to have specifications reviewed and/or revised.
5. To provide technical support to the design,production and manufacturing engineering departments.
JOB DUTIES:
1. Leads to the research and development of specific components and materials and is involved in evaluating and creating specifications for them.
2. Works with Supply Chain to create and maintain the integrity of the Approved Supplier List and works with Quality Assurance personnel on first article inspections and the development of incoming inspection criteria.
3. Provides technical support for all areas of the plant, as needed.
4. Works with suppliers for package improvement.
5. Periodically visits suppliers to learn more about advances, capabilities, and research regarding their products.
5. Provide expert advice and guidance to managers/peers/customers on package of specific and technical Initiates and processes Component Engineering paperwork (NSRs, CCOs, etc.).
6. Helps determine project directions and provide expert advice on new package technologies.
7. Provide technical contributions in the component/raw material area recognized by management to have significant impact on projects.
REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATIN, EXPEREINCE AND CORE COMPETENCE , ETC):
1. BS in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years working experience in mechanical and package field.
2. Can use 3D software for package design and verify
3. Candidate must have good communication skill in English.
4. Familiar with Office software and ERP system
