职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
(1) Maintain and develop sales library to support sales / account management departments / coordinate updates from CoC and PT key regions / Headquarter and actively promote in local PTCN organization
(2) Translate and develop / enhance / localize sales material as required to adopt to local Chinese customer requirements to support PT business in China
(3) Develop new marketing material as required to support local sales team
(4) Maintain, improving and develop communication platforms such as Q&A, Employee Newsletters, bulletin board, intranet and external publishing and digital channels (WeChat, Youku, etc.)
(5) Supervise internal Announcement Publishing: drafting of memos & articles, as well as coordination & collection of articles from employees, content translation, proof reading, layout sample; printing checking, Billboards maintenance.
(6) Employee communication: Questions from employee gathering, feedback to employees after mgmt. decision (Q&A)
(7) Supervise vendor and proposal selection; preparation, implementation and follow up incl. payments, as well as internal coordination of internal events, company outing, annual party, cultural and sports activities in coordination with labour union
(8) Maintenance of on-line media tools: intranet/internet contents updating and reporting, contents drafting and proofreading.
(9) To assist in other marketing communication tasks assigned by PTCN GMO/ST
(10) Maintain shared drive/ department drive for all communication related issues
(11) Communicate and promote Primetals branding which serve as a basis for our vision, strategy and goals.


Requirement:
(1) above 3 years’ relevant experiences
(2) Vendor management and team player
(3) Project execution experience with specialized managerial responsibility
(4) International orientation is essential; experience with international employers and customers; capabilities to operate in foreign cultures.
