Strategic Planning
Ø Elaborate yearly or longer time sales growth plan for targeted area/business/industry/BU in agreement with superior
Ø Define business development strategy and sales target for target area/business/industry/BU in agreement with superior
Ø Execute quarterly planning review to analyze quarterly results and initiate corrective actions cooperating with S&M team
Ø Monitor and analyze sales performance (by BU/sales/product/industry/contract scale, etc.) and initiate improvement actions
Ø Keep close eyes on key competitors’ activities in marketing, organization, development trend, etc.
Ø Carry out monitoring of operating expenses
Business Development (Commercial Development)
Ø Implement business development strategy and fulfill development targets
Ø Identify potential clients for target business, guide and help sales to follow the target clients
Ø Establish partnership with potential business channels
Ø Provide timely commercial support to sales team
Ø Develop sales toolkit and coordinate for its implement throughoutChina
New Product Development (Technical Development)
Ø Seek new business opportunities with marketable value
Ø Responsible for overall performance of new product development inChina
Ø Arrange & coordinate resources to find technical & operational solutions for new products
Ø Provide timely new-product-related support to sales team
Customer Relationship Management
Ø Work with KA team for coordination & management of overall CRM for key accounts
Ø Deliver various client activities to improve client satisfaction & loyalty
Ø Coordinate and support in processing all complaints/requests from key accounts
Leadership
Ø Recruit, train, and lead the BD team
Ø Support Sales Manager to train and coach new sales employees (individual development, motivation, assessment, feedback, etc.)
Ø Synergize with sales team to promote the target business
Ø Lead the sales team when necessary to promote the target business
Reporting
Ø Elaborate monthly reports to forward to superior (incl. market / competitors / customers / key events)
Ø Elaborate reports on field trips
Ø Reporting of incidental key issues
Ø ** Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.
Ø ** Other tasks assigned by the company
任职要求:
Ø Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level with commercial or technical background
Ø Working Experience: More than 5 years working experience in BD Function and 2 years or more working experience as BD manager or BD leader position
Ø Forecasting and planning, good strategic thinking skill
Ø Excellent communication skills and business awareness
Ø Proven Leadership skills
Ø Good presentation skills
Ø Good English and local language skills
Ø Good PC skills
** Good health is required
