Reimbursement
1. Review reimburse application against invoice
2. Communicate to IBM function in India for accounting booking
3. Double Check accounting entry for confirmation. Communicate IBM function in India for adjustment or reconciliation if necessary.
4. Review payment proposal prepared by IBM function in India, and authorize Cashier for payment if proper.
5. Maintain staff borrowing (IOU) report，unapproved VAT input report, etc.
6. Provide necessary consultation to company employees question on T&E portal.
7. Coach new employees about company reimbursement policy and process.
8. Accrual reimbursement proposals which are delayed on the accounting entry at the month end.
Vendors' Payment
1. Review Branches vendors' payment application, invoice, contract, quotation, PO sheet.
2. Prepare accounting entry in Excel form for IBM function upload to accounting system.
3. Process VAT input certification, maintain VAT input report.
4. Prepare and maintain Rental and Amortization working sheet.
Other working scope
1. Assist Internal & External audit twice a year in related working scope.
2. File up Voucher and Accounting Documents
3. Ad-hoc working content assigned by line manager.
Qualification
1. Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
2. More than two years financial working experience
3. Good oral and written communication skills in English
4. Ability to work independently as well as being a team player, who is highly motivated, energetic, resourceful and friendly.
