Position Description

We are seeking an innovative and passionate Visual Designer to be the expert in a communication team. He/she needs to understand both internal and external’s business and communication goals, and translating them into unique creative solutions.

Responsibilities

? Designing Aon online benefit platform branded promotional graphics and pages
? Defining UI visual style and optimizing digital images for web and mobile
? Create customer-centric designs by integrating business objectives, target audience and creative assets in benefits consulting projects
? Fulfilling multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines
? Work independently and collaboratively with project manager/operation manager to develop campaign concepts for benefits and health products and services
? Present design work to clients for review and feedback

Position Requirements

? Bachelor and above. Art, design or relative
? At least 2 years experienced on visual design
? Well observed on market trend of design style
? Excellent graphic design skills such as AI/PS and deliver brilliant UI designs
? Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
? Love design job, has lots of passion on design
? Driven to achieve high quality delivery
? Copywriting and digital marketing skills a plus 举报 分享
