Responsibility:
Sales funnel reporting:
Monthly provide > 500 sales funnel report for each dealer, dealer group, area, and region, including leads target achievement, sales process implementation quality, and sales conversion results (for each car-series).
Weekly provide sales funnel analysis for BMW sales meeting, incl. the sales funnel report for 5 regions.
Daily provide by-SC sales funnel KPI to > 300 BMW dealerships (for >5,000 SC).
Provide ad-hoc sales funnel data analysis, e.g. for regions, MKT, and sales department, as reference to improve campaign efficiency or design sales supporting measures.
Sales Funnel Analysis :
Regularly detect the issues of each dealer, dealer group and regions out of the sales funnel reporting.
Prepare diagnose analysis to dealer principles, investor group management, regional heads and Arms, to support them to improve leads generation and conversion efficiency.
Provide SFM analysis report based on business requirement, raise data request to realize new request into system automation.
Prepare sales funnel analysis for all running sales funnel related dealer enabling programs, to ensure the effectiveness is reflected by improved sales funnel KPIs.
Provide support for the Sales funnel workshop.

Requirements:
University degree or above / graduated in Business Statistics, mathematics to be preferred.
Knowledge and experience in CRM, especially in data management system and project implementation.
Good communication skills, especially knows how to negotiate and align with people.
Good business management skills.
Good analysis & presentation skills.
Good oral and written skill in English & Mandarin .
4-6Y Background in data analysis of CRM area, or sales/ after sales related field in automobile industry.
