Job Responsibilities
ØMaximize sales at the lowest possible costs for the BU Pharma.
ØInitiate all direct sales efforts to optimize product line growth at the lowest possible sales costs. Maintain a balanced sales call plan to sell at the forecasted ratio.
ØMaintain good relationships with customers to assure satisfied and continued sales revenue growth within territory including identifying new projects.
ØEnsure that the sales revenue and margin goals are achieved by working to develop final pricing on Packaging Machines business. Advise BU Sales Manager of any anticipated project risks on all orders.
ØBased on successful product applications, help find comparable prospects with similar needs to expand PACN’s market share.
ØContinually monitor markets, market requirements and modification of existing product line in the development of new equipment to meet the changing market needs.
ØSubmit written sales forecasts on a bi-weekly basis, as well as key lost order reports as required.
ØMeet or exceed annual sales quotas. Follow company guidelines for expense control and operate within budget.
ØComplete special projects and duties as assigned to enhance the market position of the company
ØInterface with sales, agents, and customers to clarify specifications for order entry.
ØParticipate in quote review and opportunity strategy meetings.
Job Requirement
Ø8+ years of working experience in pharmaceutical area is highly preferred; including 3 years’ experience of team management.
ØBachelor or Master Degree in mechanical engineering and related mayor
ØGood mastery of English in writing, reading and communication skill
ØGood communication ability, nice working initiativeness, good judgment and analysis ability;
ØCan accept frequent over time working and traveling;
ØBasic principles and techniques of direct sales, marketing and local promotion of capital goods
ØStrong marketing sense and customer-oriented.
