工作职责
Business impact of this role:
1.According to user needs and benchmark competitor to confirm the product warranty terms and conditions regular.
2.Set up service station and get repair qualification authorization.
3.Set up aftersales service call center and optimize.
4.Improve service lead time and product repair quality and decrease customer complaints.
5.Responsible for quality issue analysis of fault products and solve its problem.
6.Confirm spare parts list and building inventory for sanitary product which including faucet, bathroom furniture, ceramic and shower set etc.
Business/Work Complexity:
1.Monitor the third party service quality and timeliness, and drive them to improve.
2.Communicate with cross function team and sister company colleagues to reach our committed KPI target.
3.Collect customer’s feedback about product quality and the suggestion of design improvement to related dept. and work together with them to improve our product.
Decision Making:
1.Make product after-sales service commitment and strategy pattern.
2.Make product sales agent and the third party partner performance target of after sales service.
任职资格
1.At least 3 years related working experience in after-sales service for sanitary product and electronic products.
2.College degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical or industrial engineering, or equivalent.
3.Good cooperation, communication and problem solving skills.
4.Good learning and adapting capability.
5.Good integrity and passion.
6.Good team work spirit and service consciousness.
