职位描述：
PART I - POSITION SUMMARY 职位概要
Process orders and arrange delivery correctly and timely. Provide reports to BU on weekly and monthly basis. Coordinate with the other departments to maximum meet the reasonable requirements from the customer and enhance customer satisfaction.
及时准确的制作订单和安排发货。每周每月都提供相关的报告给业务部门。协调公司其它职能部门，最大程度的满足客户的合理需求，提高客户满意度。

PART II - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Order Processing
Process orders and arrange delivery timely and correctly according to the order processing procedure.
按订单处理流程，及时准确的制作销售订单和安排发货。
Process sample product application and quality complaint compensation timely.
及时处理样品申请和质量投诉赔偿工作。

Reporting
Deal with weekly report on and monthly report
处理每周销售报告和缺货报告及当月的报告。

Collaboration
Communicate and coordinate BU and supporting function departments maximum meet the reasonable requirements from the customer and enhance customer satisfaction.
与BU和公司其它各部门沟通协调，最大程度的满足客户的合理要求。

PART III – QUALIFICATIONS 资格要求
EDUCATION 教育程度
College degree and/or above in Business, Customer Service, Logistics, or other related field.
 大专及其以上商务，客服，物流等相关专业

EXPERIENCE 工作经验
More than 2 year’s working experience in customer service or supply-chain, experience in bonded business is an advantage
2年以上客服或供应链方面的相关工作经验,有相关保税区操作经验者优先

ERP experience is a must, and SAP experience is preferred.
需具有ERP软件操作经验，具有SAP经验者优先

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.) 其他要求
Demonstrated ability to communicate in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
有良好的中英文沟通能力

Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
有较强的沟通及人际交往能力
