岗位职责：
1、协助经理制定和修订公司绩效考核制度，督导相关人员执行。
2、协助绩效考核体系的建设和完善工作，规范绩效管理各项流程。
3、搜集各部门岗位的业绩考核指标，制作各岗位的绩效考核表。
4、定期组织并协助各部门实施绩效考核工作，做好工作计划，及时向各部门经理汇报绩效考核工作进展情况。
5、汇总、统计、归档绩效考核数据，建立员工绩效考核档案，为绩效工资核算提供基础资料及依据。
6、负责绩效考核的过程跟踪反馈等工作，协助各部门经理做好试用期员工及在职员工的考评。
7、领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、人力资源或相关专业专科及以上学历；
2、一年以上绩效考核管理工作经验；
3、掌握薪酬管理、绩效考核管理理论基本知识；熟悉薪资和绩效考核工作流程；
4、熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件；
5、耐心细致，善于沟通，具备清晰的逻辑思维，对数字有一定的敏感度及数字分析能力。
