We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Onsite Talent Acquisition Consultant / Recruiter to join our recruitment process outsourcing Team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in a career in Human Resources/Recruitment within an organization that will provide opportunities for growth. The Talent Advisor will work with recruiting/hiring managers and HR business partners to fully understand their needs and generate candidate leads utilizing passive resources and effectively screening candidates.
The TA Consultant will report to the client’s Delivery Manager and be based onsite in Shanghai, China for Citrix information technology

Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Onsite Talent Advisor you will be responsible for:
? Sourcing candidates directly via web advertising, referrals, networking and the candidates database
? Building, developing and maintaining in-house candidate database
? Ensuring all roles are advertised internally and on external career sites
? Managing the background checks process
? Line Manager relationship management
? Maintaining the agreed Service Levels with the client

Respect of internal and client’s Process
? Reporting on recruitment’s activity
? Follow of client recruitment process

Tools: Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), Excel, Source Edge Platforms.

Desired Skills and Experience
Job Requirements:
? 7+ years as a talented recruiter
? Inhouse Recruitment is essential
? Previous experience of recruiting IT/Tech Sales, Technical support positions will be beneficial
? Previous use of WorkDay will be beneficial
? Excellent use of LinkedIn and Job Boards.
? Expert in Talent Mapping and recruitment tools usage.
? Ability to work in a team-oriented, highly collaborative open e***ironment.
? Excellent communication skills
? Fast learner
? Strong analytical skills and the ability to think systematically
? Ability to persuade and co***ince potential candidates on our client Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
? Driven and strong ownership traits.
? Energetic and positive about approach to work

Educational Requirements
Ideally A-level or degree
At least 5 or 6 GCSE passes (including Maths and English)
