Reports to:Sales Manager
Required Qualifications and Experience:
1.Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline: Science, Business or Nursing
2.Minimum of 3 years in a hospital sales role, specialty product experience a plus
3.Demonstrated Key Account Management, sales, and persuasive skills ability
4.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
5.Proven success in building and maintaining strong professional relationships
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Primary Goal
1.To generate sales through the implementation and execution of the regional sales, marketing plan
2.Identify, develop and partner with key prescribes and influences in the therapeutic area
3.Create customer value through the implementation of brand, KAM and corporate strategies, and ensure that organizational resources are utilized to maximize return on i***estment
Sales Implementation
1.Achieve sales target in accordance with the regional sales plan
2.Promote product in accordance with marketing strategies
3.Liaise with the Medical/Marketing when appropriate
4.Coordinate territory promotional activity
Sales Administration
1.Maintain accurate customer contact records/information timely, enter customer contact information at the earliest co***enience and where practicable
2.Complete all reporting requirements as directed by Sales Manager
3.Complete expenses each month
Territory Management
1.Define and prioritize work duties and goals according to regional sales plan
2.Manage all elements relating to planning and delivery of promotional activities in line with regional sales plan
3.Maintain thorough and accurate records on current and potential customer activity, including identification of barriers to prescribing
Product and Industry Knowledge
1.Maintain a current and comprehensive knowledge of disease state, company product(s) and competitors thorough individual's study of available materials and consultation with appropriate company experts
2.Communication and Information sharing among team members communicate relevant competitive information to sales, marketing and medical team
3.Share relevant information internally and with appropriate customers
