Job Description
Proactively manages and implements security processes and activities in compliance with Intel Security Standards and security business policies with the highest degree of confidentiality, resulting in customer satisfaction and minimal negative business impact from security operations. Implements Campus Security Programs and adapt to local conditions as appropriate. Ensures compliance with Intel and country security regulations. Liaises with local Law Enforcement over physical security issues. Responsible to work with Security System Specialist for ensuring that alarm systems are tested, maintained, properly monitored and site security members are familiar with their operation and how to respond.Conducts i***estigations into allegations of Crime, Security incidents, Misappropriation of Intel assets, and other matters as directed by the site security manager. Supervises background i***estigations into new hires program implementation. Supervises WRT program compliancy. Develops and maintains contact with local Law Enforcement Agencies. Liaises with contract security supplier and ensure they perform their functions in accordance with their contract.

Job Description Summary
Fluent verbal and writing skills in both English and Mandarin.Thorough understanding of industrial security including access controls, SCC, security system and loss prevention.Able to make decision on Security activities and react accordingly when under pressure.Possesses good i***estigation and analytical skills to conduct i***estigations and establish prevention programs.Security program knowledge and implementation.Oversight of contingent security workforce to ensure adherence and compliance to corporate contract.Communication skill with internal key customers and peers and ability to communicate effectively oral/written and build a working relationship with all levels of management.Experience in assessing workplace violence issues.High professionalism and work ethics.Knowledgeable in using different systems and tools available in an electronic e***ironmentGood interpersonal skills, supervisory skills, high integrity and complete confidentialityBackground in Police, private security, military or i***estigation is a plus.Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree / 5+ years of relevant experience orMaster's Degree / 3+ years of relevant experienceSupervisory, law enforcement or military experience preferred.Demonstrated prior experience in project management.Education and experience can be weighed independently by the hiring manager and/ or HR. 举报 分享
