职位描述：
Responsiblity:
Responsible for all fi***ce and accounting of the Clarins stores under direct model, including E-commerce and boutiques under CBS
-Review customers’ contracts and terms, ensuring that fi***ce conditions are consistently applied to clients
-Set up cash accounts whenever there is necessary, including but not limited to : basic bank accounts, Alipay, wechat, Union pay.
-Liaison with corresponding tax bureau and tax agent, prepare periodic reports for tax authorities. Monthly and quarterly tax return in time. Report to pre-paid card committee.
-Reconcile sales, expense in cash accounts, submit to AR team for i***oice receipt entries ,ensure proper book keeping in JDE system
-Responsible for monthly fi***cial reports & cash flow projection of direct stores
-Annual verification for all the licenses.
-Internal & external audit of direct stores
-Prepare and review regular month relevant analytical reports

Requirement:
-University graduate (bachelor); Fluent in written & spoken English;
-Minimum 6 years working experience, preferably in similar industry;
-Working knowledge of ERP systems; Good knowledge of internal controls; Good excel skills;
-Excellent communication skills; Dedicated, self-motivated, strong analytical skills;
-Highly reactive and proactive: able to identify risk areas and prepare contingency plans, resourceful in solving unforeseen issues;
-Able to work independently, but also a strong team player;
-Able to work hands-on and supervise / guide a small team. 举报 分享
