As part of our continued growth, Dialog Semiconductor seeks a Senior Software technical Support Engineer to provide expert technical software support to customers and the Dialog Field Application Engineers.
The role - Senior Software technical Support Engineer
Working in International Bluetooth Technical Support Team based in China (Shenzhen), you will:
? Provide excellent technical support to Dialog customers in China and together bring their products to the market quicker.
? Directly interface with engineers from the customers and Dialog design partners.
? Provide training to: customers, internal FAE’s, Design houses.
? Be responsible for software problem solving, debugging.
? Create constructive feedback to the development teams to improve the next generation of Dialog products.
? Contribute to product manuals and collateral.
? Get familiar with bug tracking databases and software release procedures.
? Frequently travel to customers mainly in China and to the development teams in Europe.

What we are looking for?
? 5-10 years’ experience in customer support of wireless IC’s preferably in Bluetooth (low Energy).
? Key skills at Wireless protocols, hands-on Embedded C on ARM cortex microprocessors, Embedded Operating Systems (FreeRTOS).
? Debugging skills, Knowledge of low level drivers (UART, SPI, I2C).
? Experience with different IDEs (Keil, IAR, Eclipse).
? Strong communication skills, ability to directly interface with engineers from customers, understanding their needs, and also ability to build and maintain good internal and external relations.
? Engineering degree in Computer science or Electronics
