DSS provides operations management consulting services in the areas of employee safety, process safety, productivity, capability development, capital projects, e***ironmental management and energy efficiency.

Key industries of focus include oil and gas, mining and metals, chemicals, utilities, manufacturing, food, transportation, healthcare and construction.

Job Description:
？ Codify, edit and standardize proposals/materials as needed
？ Capture and manage the best-of-class proposal/materials
？ Develop the proposal/materials compliance matrix and track the fulfillment of requirements
？ Coordinate development and review of proposal strategies, and facilitate the development of proposal/materials management plan
？ Conduct primary market researches, assist in other doc-management and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:
？ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Power Point
？ Demonstrated ability to produce compliant, responsive and high-quality documents
？ Ability to interact collaboratively with consultants, forging effective relationships across our client service teams
？ Ability to work with subject matter experts and leadership to develop non-technical sections of the proposal content including past performance, staffing, resumes etc.
？ Undergraduate and above, majors of science and engineering, business management are plus
