职位描述：
1、项目实施前熟悉土建技术规范、合同要求，审查施工图纸，以做到项目的主动与事前控制；
2、督促分、承包商材料设备采购前提交材料样品或样本，并进行审查，确保其符合设计、合同特殊技术规范要求；
3、督促分、承包商在各工序实施前提交土建施工方案，并审查提出专业意见；
4、督促检查分、承包商的资源投入情况是否满足工期要求，以确保达到总工期目标；
5、严格把关各工序、过程控制，准确、完整记录施工日志，负责准确完整地收集整理土建专业竣工资料；
6、缺陷责任期，服从安排进行定期客户回访并督促缺陷整改；

任职资格：
1、相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上现场施工或项目管理经验；
3、较强的团队合作、沟通及组织协调能力；
4、能熟练使用Auto CAD、Office、Project等软件；
5、英语听说读写能力强者优先； 举报 分享
