Job Purpose
To have a hybrid role to Identify new resellers / Partners for the region, Managing the existing resellers, generating opportunities and delivering sales targets along with business growth. Also to work alongside Technical sales, who will deliver in-depth product and sector knowledge, you will drive commercial activity, developing new business sales in existing and new sectors.
Overview of Job Requirements
*Must be focused on and driven by sales targets.
*Should be willing to travel domestic / international frequently.
*Be able to demonstrate a history of self-generating sales and winning new business deals.
*Able to present proof of achieving and over achieving sales targets through channel sales.
*Applicant must have an engineering background / experience of selling solutions to the structural engineering sector.
*Must be self-motivated whilst being a team player.
*Should be flexible, money hungry, passionate, hardworking and target driven.
Experience and other requirements.
*Overall 5+ years’ proven track record of selling Structural Steel software solutions / Fabrication Products or Machineries.
*Candidate should have 3+ years of experience in Distribution Channel Management.
*Experience of selling 3D CAD/ CAM/ CNC / PLM applications or Fabrication automation equipment.
*Experience with companies such as Trimble, INTERGRAPH, Autodesk, PTC, Siemens PLM, Dassault Systems, FICEP, PEDDINHAUS, BENTLEY, RIB etc. will be preferable.
*Experience with products such as BOCAD, TEKLA, StruMIS, Advance Steel, Naviswork, solid works , solid edge etc. will be preferable.
*Good at english
Education
*Mechanical / Civil Engineering or other closely related field.
*Extra qualifications such as business administration are beneficial.
Dimensions and Principal Accountabilities
*Candidate should have experience of Channel sales, Partner management, Distribution Management, Team management.
*Generating sales and performing software presentations thus ensure targets are achieved.
*Manage all sales related activities of the territory.
* Ensure the database CRM is well maintained and all other client base records are up-to-date.
*Identify and qualify potential customers, contact them and gather information.
*Assist customers with their enquiries, orders details and chasing pending payments.
* Travel regularly to promote AVEVA Fabrication products and services.
*Communicate with the line manager about all lead/sales status.
*Be able to function effectively as a member of a team, have excellent communication ?skills, and develop good working relationships within AVEVA group.
