Assistance Coordinator - Japanese Operations

Job Title: Assistance Coordinator - Japanese Operations
Reporting To: Team Leader
Number of Hiring: 1 person
Working Place: Beijing

Major responsibilities:

? Item Doctor, clinic, and hospital referrals and arrangement of appointments
? Provide information on Insurance Policy and Medical Assistance to customers
? Arrange medical expense direct billing (guaranteed payment) to hospital
? Provide administration support on patient’s hospitalization and discharge
? Interpretation between hospital(Doctor&Nurse) and Japanese patients through telephone
? Obtain patients’ medical information and report to the insurance company
? Provide assistance to patient’s family to fly from/to Japan
? Input data required for the above mentioned job

Qualifications:

? Standard business level fluency in verbal and written Japanese
? Willing to work in shifts
? Healthcare, Medical or Insurance related industry background is a plus
? Basic computer skill in Word, Excel, Email, etc.
? Good team spirit

Mondial Assistance Chinaの日本部では中国に居住？旅行される提携保険会社の顧客へ24時間日本語での医療アシスタンスを提供しています。中国における本部を北京におき、北京コールセンターと主要都市に所在する現地オフィスにより、中国全土において医療アシスタンスを行い、日本人のお客様に安心を提供しています。

Assistance Coordinator - Japanese Operations の方には日本部の業務の中心となる北京コールセンターにて下記業務を行って頂きます。

業務内容
? 医師、病院、クリニックとの連絡と予約手配のサービス
? 顧客の旅行保険証券内容の確認と医療サービスの案内
? 患者への治療費支払い保障手配と保険会社への請求書作成
? 通院、入院、退院時、また医療搬送等のサポート
? 電話で病院（医師や看護婦）と患者（保険加入者）との間の通訳サポート
? 保険会社、患者の日本滞在家族や勤務先に書面報告を提供
? 請求業務に必要となる医療情報を入手し保険会社に報告
? 患者家族の渡航手続きなどのサポート
? 上記業務に必要となるデータ入力、管理
