Job Description
Key Responsibilities
? Help our customers leverage off their i***estment by articulating the strategic value backed by results
? Lead team to deliver clients optimized results through Acxiom’s multichannel campaign services and technology
? Create and define an end-to-end multichannel engagement strategy as necessary
? Create and enforce key processes to enable work efficiency and quality within team
? Presales support as needed, in senior capacity providing strategic thought leadership by leveraging either or both
? Specific domain experience in Digital ecosystem (services, technologies, trends)
? Wide domain experience in Digital ecosystem (services, technologies, trends)
? Drive new requirements and needs to Product team, and upholding accountability from Product team
? Team management and mentoring
? Drive analytical and insight standardization and delivery
? Be able to recognize situations and engage appropriate; where advanced subject matter experts are required
? Collaborate on projects and opportunities with other APAC teams
Requirements / Skills / Experiences
? 5 years of experience in Digital Communication and Marketing with proven track record in Online Advertising and Marketing, Platform Planning & Management and Program Development & Planning
? Strong experience in digital advertising and production development procedures and infrastructure; and pricing
? Industry experience in at least one of following : retail, FMCG, luxury retail, insurance, auto
? Experience in Mobile Marketing and Technologies
? Experience with Digital/Web Analytics
? Experience in team management and mentoring (4-10) with cross functional roles and skillsets.
? Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
? Project management – demonstrated experience to lead projects to completion, and on time delivery
