职位描述：
Under general supervision the representative performs various processing duties. Primarily the representative will be involved in processing various corporate action events both domestic and international across all the stages of an event life cycle (end-to-end processing). The events are categorized in to Income Processing, Mandatory and Mandatory with Options events. The representative will be involved in responding to enquiries raised by clients and Front Office on a daily basis. The representative must be knowledgeable of their product/domain areas and its processes; and fully capable of executing/completing complex tasks. Should consult with senior staff on more complex problems. The work is catered across all asset classes such as Equities, Structured Products, Swaps etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
？ The candidate must have sound knowledge of end to end processing of events related to Income Processing, Mandatory and Mandatory with Options events to process the event through the entire event life cycle
？ The candidate is expected to work on the entire life cycle of a given event that includes but is not limited to the following; Pre-Processing, Payment Processing, Claims Mgmt, Post Payment Reconciliation and responding to inquiries
？ Must have working knowledge in risky international markets and must be aware of market nuances and deadlines
？ Must have hands-on experience of working in Dividend Reinvestments and must be aware of its risks aspects
？ Must possess knowledge of processing accurately currency conversion requests and its risk aspects
？ Must have strong reconciliation ability to investigate and resolve breaks in general ledger and suspense accounts

Qualifications:
Essential: Graduate in Commerce or Accountancy
Skills Required (Essential):
？ An ideal Corporate Action representative must have good written and verbal communication skills
and should be assertive
？ He/She must have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
？ Planning & Organizing skills are a must have, due to the riskier nature of work. Must be able to follow through all tasks to completion and take complete accountability and responsibility. Should be able to apply knowledge across like situations
Desired: MS Office Email Management skills etc.

Experience:
Years of Experience: 1+ years of investment banking or wealth management or financial services in Asset Servicing OR Corporate Action Processing domain.
Nature of Experience: Specific prior experience in the Asset Servicing OR Corporate Action Processing area consisting of Pre-Processing, Payment Processing, Claims Management and Post Payment Processing. Must have knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities Swaps etc.

Essential Skills / Aptitude:
