职位描述：

1. Responsible for timely processing of received Master/User Data change requests in line with the company policies.
2. Responsible to resolve issues on Master Data with support of Business Process Expert and M&S team.
3. Accountable to support Business & IT department for various SAP related projects by playing an active role in setting up the master data as per the requirements
4. Responsible for correct entry of data in the standard IT applications (in accordance with definition documents and requested details)
5. Responsible for timely escalations when required in the approval process and in the setting up of the Master Data flow.
6. Responsible to ensure traceability on creation and change requests for master data in the DSP standard IT applications.
7. Responsbile to Manager trends in master data like volume grwoth, data not being used, and specifice master data developments.
8. Execute consistency checks in master data and user data.
9. Maintain the validated state of GMP critical systems. Comply with CGMP as meant by ICH Q7 and where approriate GAMP as defined in DSP policies and ISOPs.Ensure embeding of validation in the total DSP IT approach, thinking and acting.
10. Back-up for Master Data Manager and other Master Data Assistant (s) when required.
11. Role is further described in 046 Quality Compliance Policy for Data Management.
12. Comply to the company SHE&Q and security regulations; signal unsafe situations,(near) incidents, environmental, quality and security risks, stop proceedings when serious violations of the regulations occur and report these.Address others to comply with the regulations to prevent unsafe behaviour.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in information & Data Management related
• Fluent in English
• Experience in master data maintenance
• SAP general
• Efficiency, endurance and attention to details
• Excellent skills of Microsoft office
• GMP and GAMP knowledge prefer
