职位描述：
工作职责：
（一）房产处置协助
1、负责房产资料管理和控制；
2、负责客户关系管理支持；
3、负责各类处置指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表和报告的制作、 编写，并随时汇报处置动态；
4、负责收集、整理、统计分析研究客户资料，房产资料，市场信息 ；

（二） 行政类工作
1、负责公司处置合同等文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管；
2、协助做好电话来访工作，在处置人员缺席时及时转告客 户信息，妥善处理；
3、协助做好部门内务、各种内部会议的记录等工作。
任职资格：
1、熟练使用办公软件（EXCEL PPT）；
2、具备3年以上房地产行业行政相关工作经验；
3、具有优秀的语言表达能力、良好的人际关系处理能力；
4、对数据有较高的敏感度，工作细致认真负责，责任心强，有团队精神，具备良好的职业道德。
