岗位职责
Responsibilities
1.according to the need of the conference,exhibition and performance,design,instal and commission the video equipment;
2.assist the project staff make out different video layouts scheme and implement;
3.accurately represent the effect required and achieve the best of technology state;
4.do well with the position within the scope of the work safty according to the rules of the company,strictly in accordance with the prescribed procedures operation,prevent from accidents;
Qualifications
1.with solid foundation of professional knowledge,electrician foundation,good communication ability and practice control ability,work positively or be interested in video design and control and be determined to realize(apprenticeship);
2.skilled in connection,use and debug conventional video equipment;
3.can deal with the unexpected circumstances happened in a conference,exhibition and performance activity;
4.work seriously and carefully,can work hard,and independently finish the work arranged by the company;
5.have a strong sense of organization,the ability to coordinate with different departments,can adapt to

2、协助项目人员制定不同的视频布置方案并实施；
3、准确体现现场的要求效果，争取达到最佳的技术状态；
4、按公司规定做好本岗位范围内的安全工作，严格按规定程序操作，预防事故发生；
任职资格
1、具备扎实的专业知识、电工基础、良好的沟通能力和实践操控能力，工作积极踏实或对视频设计、操控有爱好并有决心实现者（学徒工）；
2、熟练连接、使用、调试常规视频设备；
3、能够处理会议、展览、演出活动中出现的各种意外情况；
4、工作认真负责细致，吃苦耐劳，能够独立完成公司安排的工作；
5、组织观念强，具有与公司各部门的整体协调能力，能出差，能加班；
6、有会展行业工作经验者优先。
