职位职责：
1. 主要负责新客户测试技术开发（软件设计+硬件设计）
2. AUO产品测试改善
3. 自动化专案确认
4. 测试Team日常管理等工作内容
职务要求：
1.专业要求
(1) 计算机科学与技术、测量与控制、自动化、信息科学、电子等相关专业
(2) 全日制4年本科学历或以上
 
2.英语要求
CET4或CET6，以通过CET6为佳
 
3.专业能力
(1) 精通C#、VB.NET、VB6开发语言的任意一种或多种，以精通VB.NET、C#为佳
(2) 精通Access、MS SQL、My SQL数据库管理开发软件中的任意一种或多种，以精通MS SQL为佳
(3) 熟悉基本的模拟电路、数字电路，能看懂原理图并做分析
(4) 熟悉测量仪器的使用及调试，如程控万用表&电子负载&电源，DAQ卡，烧录器，示波器，信号发生器等
(5) 精通串口如RS232&RS485、GPIB、I2C、USB的高级语言编程
(6) 有实际的测试项目开发经验，熟悉软硬结合系统方案设计、硬件选型、方案开发及调试
 
4.工作经验
(1)3年或3年以上测试开发工作经验
(2)以电子制造服务业(EMS)、PCBA產品相關測試與測試自动化开发与设计等领域为佳
