Formulate annual training plan and make training budget;

C&B/薪资福利

Responsible for C&B WCNSA;

负责所有员工的薪资福利;

Salary adjust management;

年度薪资调整;

Yearly labor cost control;

年度人工成本控制;

Yearly budget and forecast;

年度预算;

Responsible for insurance issues;

负责保险事宜;

E-way system control;

E-way 系统控制;

 

ER/员工关系

Responsible for employee satisfaction survey and employee Forum;

负责员工满意度调查以及员工座谈会;

Responsible for the planning and organization of staff activities;

负责员工各种员工活动的策划与组织;

In charge of labor relations management in the whole factory, including handling of labor disputes, personnel disputes, dealing with industrial accidents, etc.

负责整个工厂的劳动关系处理，含劳动争议的处理，人事纠纷,工伤事故的处理等，如有涉及商保赔偿事宜，亦主导处理;

 

Qualification/任职资格

Bachelor degree or above;

本科学历及以上;

Human resources related major;

人力资源相关专业;

Above 5 years working experience in HR Field;

五年以上相关工作经验;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

熟练使用办公软件;

Good in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;

英语听、说、读、写良好;

Excellent organization skill and strong team spirit.
