Your tasks:
? Planning, developing and coordinating factory planning for automotive and aviation clients
? Developing factory layouts, structure planning with consideration of internal logistics processes, co***eyor technology, material handling etc. Documentation and planning ability of layout changes in CAD will be highly welcomed
? Interface coordination and communication for the project between different customer departments, suppliers and design institute (LDI).
? Developing project structures and project schedules (also capacity and cost planning)
? Leading teams and organizing tasks. Coordination of all project participants and documentation of layout changes, reporting to user/client
? Time and cost controlling, initiating and monitoring of corrective measures
? Preparation, organization, execution and wrap up of workshops, meetings and presentations
 
Candidate profile:
? Successfully completed university degree with focus on civil engineering with technology knowledge, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, MEP (HVAC), architecture or comparable qualification
? At least 5 years proven experience in factory planning / designing projects preferable automotive / aviation industries
? Experience in factory building, planning & realization, machinery installation, procurement process and technical sourcing, quality assurance, CAD designing, Project Management & Steering
? Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Project (or comparable project planning
tools), CAD (AuotCAD, Microstation, MS Visio)
? Excellent English skill, German language skill is a plus
? Very good communication and intercultural skills. Work experience in China!
? Flexibility to work on different sites at our customers‘ locations
