职位职责:
1、能独立开发销售渠道
2、负责公司产品的销售及推广;
3、根据市场营销计划,完成部门销售指标;
4、独立开拓新市场,发展新客户,增加产品销售范围;

任职要求:
1、本科以上学历,工商管理,市场营销等相关专业。
2、高端母婴零售连锁经验优先。
3、具有优秀的人际交往与沟通能力;
4、对市场具有敏锐观察力,抗压能力强;
5、热爱销售行业,有事业心,责任心强,能吃苦耐劳;
6、渠道销售管理经验5年以上 ,拥有大量母婴资源。

Channel Business Development Director

Job description:
To achieve business goals in the Key Account(s), the main responsibilities are:

Develop and implement business plan to achieve sales target:
1)Annual contract negotiation with clients
2)Business planning and implementation, including effective forecasting, budget planning and usage, effective sell-in.
3) Business Review with internal and external clientss.

Drive Brand Awareness and consumer activities in store:
1)Follow company guideline to execute right in-store 4P.
2) Follow guideline and brand activation plan to drive KA in-store activities.
3) Use budget wisely to promote key franchise brands not only in store, but other platforms (if have), i.e. digital.

Effective Clients Management:
1) Work with Channel team to improve relationship with external clientss.
2) Work with Channel team to maintain effective relationship with distributors.
3) Independently work with KA HQs to conduct business planning, review meeting and problem solving.

Effective Budget and Promotion Management:
1) Strictly follow internal compliance requirement and Fi***ce policies to spend trade budget.
2) Work to drive proper promotion activity within budget target.
3) Able to leverage Distributor resource to co-i***est in business development.

Qualification:
Professional Know-how
1) Bachelor Degree
2) Overall 5+ years working experience in sales management roles.
3) Minimum 5 years in National Key Account Management sales roles in consumer product industry or baby products industry.
4) Good understanding about China’s baby channel and clients.
5) Good business planning capabilities.
6) Good business English, esp. in Email, Power-point, Excel.
7)Strong Office Software skill.
8)Baby & Toy,textile industry experience is preferred.

Soft Skills:
1) Strong initiative taking.
2) Strong communication and selling skills
3)Good negotiation skills.
4) Fast Learner.
5) Problem Solving.
6)Work under pressure.

Business Understanding:
1) Familiar with distributor-supply KA model.
2)Familiar with national key accounts, i.e. Kidswant
3) Knowledge about Baby and Toy industry, i.e. Infant formula milk, baby accessory, toys&game
