Job Title: Senior Engineering Operation Manager/ Program Manager
Job Area: Operations
Location: China, Beijing/Shanghai
Job Function:
1. Responsible of outsource partners program management in CE organization:
a. Budget and resource planning and reporting
b. SoW and contract preparation
c. Provide support on operations of partners’ on site/ODC teams
d. Identify and lead improvement opportunities and business initiatives
2. Take part in business intelligence and reporting based on Salesforce tool, provide analysis result and suggestion to Customer Engineering (CE) management team
3. Coordinate change management on business tools, e.g. Creatpoint, Salesforce etc. including collecting end user feedback and change deployment for China CE
4. Support customer training or other tasks in Operation team when required
Skills/Experience:
1. 8+ years of fulltime working experience in project management or engineering operation.
2. Telecommunication background and experience on Salesforce is preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and cross functional communication skills (both written and verbal, Chinese and English)
4. Self-driven and motivated. Willing to take more responsibilities. Can work under pressure and be able to deal with multi-tasks by priority
5. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
6. The ability to dive deep into data and provide thought-provoking, workable business solutions
7. Bias for action and passion for rolling up sleeves and doing what it takes to “get it done”
8. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Experience on Visio is a plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Engineering is preferred.
