POSITION PROFILE
DESIGNATION: Account Manager
LOCATION: Beijing/Shanghai,China
REPORT TO : Vice President, Consultech in Beijing/Shanghai
SUBORDINATES : Team shall include advertising ( Senior/account executives);

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage & construct healthcare business of Consultech Beijing, including both consulting and advertising;
2. Facilitate business expansion to meet company objectives and realize revenue target;
3. Analyze clients’ business and needs to derive optimal business arrangement between clients and company;
4. Develop client network and manage client relationship;
5. Manage and coach the project team in Beijing;
6. Coordinate with Beijing headquarters;
7. Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

SELECTION CRITERIA

“MUST HAVE”S
ü Bachelor’s degree or above in Medical/ Pharmaceutics/ business,
ü At least five years of product marketing experience preferably in multinational pharmaceutical companies, or equivalent years of pharmaceutical account management experience in international advertising companies.
ü A deep understanding about the products of MNCs and a well-established network in Shanghai pharmaceutical industry.
ü Understanding of advertising & Consulting business.
ü Good command of English both written and spoken.
ü Possess entrepreneurship, capabilities to work under pressure and strong interpersonal and communication skills. The experience of team management is a great plus.
